We process data submitted in the order form (name, email, phone, address, invoice details) to fulfil photo scanning and retouching services and issue accounting documents.

Contact form data is processed to respond to your enquiry.

Payment data (e.g. transaction status) is processed by Montonio — we do not store card numbers or BLIK codes.

Processing is based on contract performance (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)), legal obligations (Art. 6(1)(c)) and legitimate interest in handling enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f)).

Order and invoice data is kept for the period required by tax law (typically 5 years).

Contact form data is deleted after correspondence ends, no longer than 12 months from the last contact.

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, data portability and to object.

You may lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

The site uses only cookies essential for operation (e.g. session, language preference). We do not use advertising profiling tools.
