  • ✓ Gently brush off loose dust with a soft, dry brush
  • ✓ Don't use tape on photos — it can damage the surface
  • ✓ Pack between cardboard or in a bubble envelope

What you'll receive

  • ✓ JPG files (for sharing) and optional TIFF (archive)
  • ✓ Download link valid 30 days or USB drive
  • ✓ Originals returned in no worse condition than before scanning
  • ✓ VAT invoice on request

    Choose a package or configure your own options. Pay securely via Przelewy24 (BLIK, card, transfer).

    Send your photos

    Ship originals by courier (we provide a label) or drop them off if you live nearby.

    Scanning & editing

    We scan on professional equipment, retouch and — on request — colorize while preserving the era's character.

    Receive your files

    Download via cloud link or USB drive — originals returned safely by courier.

Frequently asked questions

Are my original photos safe?
Yes. Every order is insured during transport. We work in a dry, controlled environment and return originals in the same order we received them.
How long does it take?
Typically 5–10 business days from receiving your photos. For larger archives (200+ items) we agree on a custom timeline.
Do you scan negatives and slides?
Yes — we handle 35 mm and medium format. Choose "Premium scan" in the configurator or mention it in your notes.
What if a photo is heavily damaged?
In many cases it can be saved. Select "Damage repair" or "Advanced retouching". We can send a free feasibility assessment first.
Do you print documents and photos?
Yes — affordable A4 and A3 printing (B&W and colour) plus photo paper prints in 10×15 cm and 15×21 cm. Send a file by email or bring it on a drive.
Which video tapes do you accept?
VHS, VHS-C, Hi8, Video8 and MiniDV. We transfer to MP4 (Full HD or SD depending on the format). Turnaround is usually 3–7 business days.
